Oncidium is a group of Orchids with several hundred species. All these plants feature large pseudobulbs, a bulbous, thickened area of the stem, which come up from a mass of thin white roots, large, long green leaves, and clusters of stunning, ruffled, yellow-colored blooms. Also known as Dancing Lady Orchids or Golden Shower Orchids, they thrive in bright, indirect light and temperatures between 70–85° F during the day and 60–65° F at night; however, they are capable of tolerating some amount of direct light. Oncidium Orchid plants can reach up to 6-10" at full height. Keeping live plants around your home has various health benefits, including purified air for breathing and improved mood levels. The plant is safe for both humans and pets.Shipping and handling can be very tough on live plants, so please be sure to open and check your plant right away. Our team waters each plant before it is shipped and wrapped, so it may not need to be watered right away.
